She is particularly passionate about supporting clients whose trauma has shaped their identity, nervous system, and relationships, helping them reconnect with stability, inner safety, and self-compassion.

  • Gentle Reprocessing (GR)

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
